Bought this as a gift for my 4 year old son. He loves it. He’s pretty good with it already. His 12 year old brother is a champ on it after 3 attempts. I even really enjoyed flying it.Rotor protectors add to the durability and keep them from breaking. A great plus for the younger fliers.

We got this for our kids for Christmas. We used it less than 5 times and it’s not calibrating anymore. The instructions are very poorly explaining how to fix the issues and it’s basically been sitting in a box with two very disappointed kids. You get what you pay for…

Only problem we’ve ever had was when one got too close to my daughter’s hair (which was down) it got caught but that’s certainly on us. I love them and the adults even break them out after bedtime pretty often!

This is a fun little drone to play with indoors. Make sure before you order that you know that the drone is a very small drone and can fit in the palm of your hand. But for the size, it’s speedy and fun to play with. My toddler loves chasing it around the house!

Bought this for my roommate’s son. He ended up liking it so much I purchased a second one for him to keep at his mother’s house. Battery life is solid. The only real tricky thing to learn is the return function, as that can be a little wonky if you’re using it near the maximum range.

Not knowing much about Snaptain, I did as much research as I could on the H823h (Youtube and elsewhere). Based on that I ordered one. Am pleasantly surprised at how well it works.It flies great, flips great, easy trimming (very little needed out of box) and easy to control. It is quickly becoming one of my favorites along with the Syma X100. If you happen to purchase I hope your experience is as favorable as mine has been.

I bought this for my grandson who is 4 years old, because the propellors are covered and was safe and easy to use. I flew it out of the box without reading the instructions, it was very easy to control. My grandson learned to use it immediately inside the house, then went to preschool. After school, he was so excited and flew it outside on a very windy day. Unfortunately, he flew it straight into the gutter and lost it. I bought him another drone and he’s now a pro at it.

I like the ability to select slow, medium, or fast speeds. That helped me to learn how to control the drone. It’s easy to calibrate, and fun to scare my mom. It’s my favorite color. I like that it has propeller protectors. -5.5yo sonAs the dad, I tried to help my son understand about not always buying the cheapest option. He spent his own money on a $20 “beginner” drone that was very poor quality and actually pretty dangerous. He was heartbroken to return it. We did a lot of research and determined based on the reviews that this was a safe bet. We couldn’t be happier. It’s easy to control and predictable. We haven’t figured out how to make the return path feature work yet, but will keep working on it. Highly recommended.

I bought this drone because it was small and inexpensive and I had never tried to fly a drone before. I found it to be easy to learn and small enough to fly indoors without doing any damage to the house. I am happy with the purchase and enjoy playing with it while stuck at home. It is also surprisingly durable and has stood up to numerous misadventures with walls, floor, ceiling and furniture without damage (flying at low speed and still learning). I’m happy with it and it’s been fun to play with.

I purchased this drone for my grandkids, ages 7 and 8. I wanted to find a drone that was easy for them to fly, yet have the ability to actually execute full maneuvers. This drone has both. The remote control unit it simple enough for the 7 year old to manage the flight – and if there is a ‘pilot error’ – there is the capability to auto control the drone so it can land safely. The drone is durable (and light). It can handle a hard landing on pavement, and still work. The kids enjoy this, as well as the parents. Great drone for the value.
