We had been using an cleaner that has no app controls and mopping. I think this T9 is the best value product you can get on the market, also with all the features it provides. We had been longing for a upgrade like this.The app is easy to use, finally be able to set clear boundaries for clean and mopping. And it does the job to avoid carpet during the mopping.We have a smaller first floor and perfect in terms of the size of the solution tank.

This vacuum is awesome. 1 week in to it and using it everyday I have to say it is a game changer! The only three cons I have to say about it is the mopping function is not the greatest, it doesn’t do the greatest on the edges and the app is not very user friendly and struggled to connect it but I eventually figured it out but everything else is awesome. The turbo suction mode is awesome, it cleans my kitchen and living room combo in 18 minutes (32 square Meters). This is my first robot vacuum and wanted something that was going to do a good job but without busting the bank and this did just that! If I have problems down the road I will update my review but so far I recommend this vacuum to anyone looking for a cheaper option robot vacuum that does an awesome job!

This is seriously the best robot vacuum. It has better suction than the new Shark that we just returned. We are buying another one of these for the upper floor. Mapping is better you will not be disappointed.

IF IT DROPS WIFI THERE IS NO SUPPORT. I FIGURED OUT ON MY OWN TO DO A POWER RESTART TO RECONNECT TO WIFI. THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY TO RESET & RE ADD THE DEVICE WHICH WIPES THE MAP OUT. I REALLY LIKE THE MAPPING AND IT’S PERFORMANCE IS GOOD. IT GETS STUCK IN THE DINNING ROOM CHAIRS SO I REMOVED THEM. IT STILL ACTS LIKE THEY ARE THERE & GETS RETARDED BUT I HOPE IT WILL REMAP. IF NOT I WOULD HAVE TO DO A REMAP AGAIN WHICH IS A REAL PAIN. THIS COULD ALL BE AVOIDED WITH A BETTER INSTRUCTION MANUAL. BESIDES THE THE LACK OF SUPPORT I REALLY AM PLEASED & HOPE IT LASTS.

Excellent vacuum for the price. And you don’t have to connect it to the wi-fi to use. Just press 1 button and it maps the whole house and then starts cleaning. Or push another button and it can spot clean a 5 ft square area. It also has a return home button. It will get stuck once in a while so just pick up obstacles prior to cleaning and block off areas you don’t want it to go. Maintenance is easy. Mopping attachment is almost useless but I still find this vacuum very useful.

This little guy, affectionately named ‘Jeeves’ works exactly as advertised. The mapping function is pretty impressive and it is super helpful to be able to section your house up into ‘rooms’ in the app to target cleaning. It tends to get a little confused around furniture with legs but it eventually figures out what to do. I recommend not watching it work. The suction is ok – it has a hard time picking up Christmas tree needles on a hard floor, for example. But it works very well on carpet. It also doesn’t get right into corners, so it is not a good replacement for a traditional vacuum, but rather a helpful supplement.

I like the way this robot works. It maps out the room/area first and then starts cleaning. The dirt collector is not very big, so if you have a lot of dirt, you might go over the area twice. The moping action is good, also. It tends to run out of liquid quickly, though. I have solved that by sprinkling the cleaner on the floor and letting the vacuum do the rest. One other thing – the sensors on the bottom are very touchy. It may or may not go over a second rug sitting on top of the first rug. I read some other reviews of other robots and discovered if you cover the sensors on the bottom (if you do not have stairs), the vacuum will roll on just fine.

My floors have never looked cleaner. It gets under the beds and other places I could not reach before. I now have plenty of time to attend to other house chores while my assistant attends to the vacuuming. It does make a little nose but for what it does its worth it.

Got this for Christmas I didn’t have much expectations just wanted it to clean the main traffic area so if it went wonky that’s ok because any vacuuming in these areas is better than nothing. I didn’t realize how horrible the rest of my house was. I just let it go and it only got stuck once Bc it found thread from a bobbin a crafting closet. Once it was “stuck” it stopped and I figured out the problem. Thank goodness it stopped and didn’t just continue and blow up.Yuck the amount of hair and dust it picked up. For sure running this thing at least twice a week. I haven’t used the mopping system yet and haven’t really set zones.

Wasn’t able to get the Application and the Device to join together. Device worked fine manually in short periods then had to be reset. This occurred about every 10-15 minutes. This became tedious and defeated having it to begin with. We are returning it for a user friendly device.

I wish I had never purchased this vacuum. It worked great for a couple weeks. Now it constantly says that it is offline and won’t connect even though it shows it is connected in settings. Then it randomly starts a cleanup hours or days later. I bought this to vacuum everyday and now I have use my standing vacuum instead. Customer service is no help. My DIL has had another brand for three years and runs it daily with no problem. I wish I bought that brand. Very unhappy with this item.

I got this as a Christmas gift to myself as we have a very large house with all vinyl plank flooring. This product is my new best friend! It works so very well, suction is great. It was very easy to put together and to begin the mapping process. The app seems to work well. The machine is very quiet and I’m able to run it upstairs while sleeping downstairs. The battery works for a very long time and it’s never dies while cleaning. I can vacuum and mop both upstairs and downstairs without it needing to charge. The mop puts out very little water and doesn’t leave streaks!! It’s seems to navigate the home easily and has not gotten stuck. The side brush allows the vacuum to pull next to the walls. Love it! Saves me so much time and frustration. Highly recommend for the great price!

This robot is fantastic! I absolutely love it. It is a huge help with chores, I turn it on at 10am and 10pm daily to help keep our house clean. The only downfall is it doesn’t connect to Alexa :(.It’s a definable must have!

Out of the box, connected everything per instructions, it mapped and docked when battery was low. The ap is relatively simply to use and you can watch it clean live from the ap from anywhere. Simple cleanup, excellent mopping capability and worth the money spent. Now let’s see how long it will last. Our previous brand lasted 3 years before showing glitches, 4 years before it quit altogether. Hoping this brand and model will last at least 4 years but hoping for more.

I Ike how I can just hit the button on the robot and it just works. The app is a little glitchy. I couldn’t get it to connect to my wifi for a couple of weeks. I still don’t understand how to let it know what room it is doing. I just place it in the room and hit start on the app. It says it’s repositioning and then does it’s job. I would say it picks up 95% of the stuff of the floor. I’m happy with it for the money. The mop function\u2026eh could take it or leave it. I use it mainly for my dogs paw prints after they go outside. It works about as good as if you took a wet washcloth and dragged it on the floor. Battery life is good for my size house. It still has about 75% the life after done one room. If I have it vacuum a room that isn’t where the docking station is, it can’t find its way to the charger, so I just carry it back when done.

It cleans great, it picks up all the crumbs, cat hair and dust. The mop doesn’t leave the floor clean and shiny but is great at removing dust as well as the suction part of the vacuum. You do have to make sure to pick up the room before starting the robot to avoid the robot getting stuck. I took one star away because I’ve tried so many times to connect the vacuum to the app with no luck, I emailed support from the app and no response yet (is been a week) I hope they do fix it because the vacuum can work on its own but I never know the battery life and all the cool things the vacuum can do you can only access them through the app.

Out of the box, it’s fine. I have all faux-wood flooring and I have this thing set to vacuum everyday while I’m at work. Everything is noticeably cleaner. The mopping is kinda meh, but I wasn’t really expecting a whole lot so it doesn’t bother me.However, where this thing really made my life better was with Valetudo and Home Assistant. The instructions for rooting it are on the Valetudo site (be warned, I had to use a CP2102 USB to TTL) and are pretty straightforward. You can even upload new voice packs (I wrote a quick script to use Google’s speech synthesis API to generate the required sound files). Now, my robot says in an Australian accent ‘Going back down under to get some shut eye.’ and just scoots himself to his docking station under the couch. Who needs pets or a girlfriend when you have Dusty the Australian Automaton?

I absolutely loved this vacuum but, sadly it stopped working exactly one week after the 1 year warranty ended.It’s not worth the price for a short life span. Although I did enjoy it while it lasted.

From opening the box to him starting cleaning was only about a half hour. The app is easy to use and let’s me control him from anywhere. He is very smart and strategic. It is fun to watch him maneuver around objects and obstacles. He maps out the room in real time on the app. He is good about going around my dogs toys and daughters socks. There is a step in my basement and he got to the edge and didn’t fall off. The dust bin is small, but it is too be expected with the small vacuum. In addition to him being efficient and quiet, he is very fun too watch. My dog was a little spooked but got used to him quick.

I read all the reviews about the other brands and ordered 2 different brands before Christmas. Even they have thousands of 5 stars reviews, they were both awful! It wasn’t even sucking good as this. The reason this one is the best because it has a brush on the middle and 2 on front. It is a very smart robot. It changes its position for different floor type. I haven’t downloaded the app to control from there. Will see how that will work.

This is a great machine, but you have to know this: let it auto run your entire home, until it says ‘cleaning complete.’ Only then will you be able to recognize rooms, set schedules, etc! I spent a few days struggling with this, and if it hadn’t been for a few other reviews mentioning it, I would’ve sent it back! The set up was SUPER frustrating, but now I think it’s gonna be great! Yay!

This is a solid product. I own one and I purchased 2 more as gifts. The robot can vacuum and gets most of the debris, but run it on 2x mode so that it vacuums the room in one direction and then vacuums the room in the other direction. That way it can get everything (weird angles can make it miss debris if it’s moving one way, but change its direction and it gets it). Mopping is more like a wet rag being pulled behind it, but I find it cleans my floors well enough in general. I add vinegar to the water tank so it’s disinfecting and cleaning the floors.The app sucks!!! You cannot use voice commands to control the vacuum. It says it works with Alexa and Google Assistant. It doesn’t! You must use the app to control the vacuum. This should be fixed and support for voice control needs to be added!! The app occasionally wipes the saved floor maps bc the vacuum gets “confused” about where it is. Idk why that happens but it does! Fix that too!!Edit: brought down my rating bc this product still has NO support for voice control. You cannot control this vacuum with Alexa or Google Assistant, even though it says it works with both. You have to use your phone to control it through the app. It may sound insignificant or not that big of a deal, but I have a robot vacuum because I don’t even want to think abt needing to vacuum. Without being able to start the cleaning by voice it makes me have to stop, load the app, select the rooms I want it to clean, set the suction level and water level, and then it begins cleaning. I want to be able to say “ALEXA! START THE ROBOT!” and it get to work.
