This is the best clean helper that someone can have. I’m very happy with this purchase, excelent price, excelent performance, great experience. My robot works twice per day and keep my house clean everyday. I clean it each 2 days and wash the filter each 15 days.My robot seept and vaccum each space of my house (3 bedrooms, living rom, dinner room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms) without stop and at the end it goes back to its base charger…. I really love my Kvol robot, since I have it on April 9, I have never swept, vacuumed or mopped again, thanks my decision to buy this wonderful robot.

It keeps our house clean. We have 5 pets and it picks up all their hair and litter that the cat’s leave on the hardwood floors. It does have to be cleaned a lot, but that is due to the number of animals in my home.

We have ordered two robots so far of the E31 model and both of them aren’t working the way they are supposed to. Our first one we ordered worked for about 2 weeks until it started to malfunction and not map out the house anymore. It only vacuumed the perimeters of our house. It wouldn’t even go to the charging port itself after each session. We ordered a second one and we received a refurbished one even though we ordered brand new. Robot had a dead battery and wouldn’t work once off it’s charging port. Robot also arrived dirty and used. We are going to try to order a third one but that’s the last time we’re ordering. Not a good experience so far\u2026

This vacuum works really well for the price point. It was easy to set up and the app is easy to use. I like that it maps out your floor plan and seems to vacuum in lines as opposed to running around aimlessly like some of the other robot vacuums. Good on carpet and vinyl floors. Great for pet hair and has enough suction to pick up small debris on hard floors. Overall great purchase!

Love love love this vacuum. I had one of the first generation robot vacuums and this is 1000 times better. It is very quiet and does not miss areas as it has a specific pattern to make sure the entire room is clean. I love the magnetic boundaries. It has made my life so much easier with three dogs. Cleans up the sure no problem and gets a lot of hidden dirt I did not know was there. I would recommend this product. It was very easy to set up and use.

This dude gets hung up on everything. I mean even a plan carpet transition from hard floors. I keep getting notifications on my phone about the fail sensor, or something along those lines, being triggered. Other then that, works well and picks up my pit/rotti’s hair well.

Started off well but not ending so well.We Liked that this little guy is hard working , but it’s been 6 months and now making noise and does get lost or dies before getting back to docking station. Good thing when the manufacturer reached out to us to excteed the warranty 6 more months we did. That was about month and half ago. We just submitted for warranty repair and we will see how that goes.

We were looking for a robo vac that could also mop. While we mostly use the dry vac setting, the wet vac setting does do a light mopping. I run the vac most days, and am always shocked how much cat hair/dust it picks up. It is also easy to clean.

This thing goes ANYWHERE! I have pretty large transitions in my house, and it has no problem going over them! I am very impressed, as I thought I would have to move it from room to room, but it just goes along on it’s merry little way! Love this little thing! Not to mention, it does an excellent job!

Loved it when I first got it. Quiet cleaning and I run it a few times to get a more thorough cleaning. Howver, after 8 months of use it makes a very loud rattling noise while cleaning even though there is nothing stuck on the wheels or brushes and the bin is empty. Waiting for customer service to contact me.

Update: After 4 months, unit stopped working completely.The unit worked reasonably well when I first started using it, though it’s suction was only moderately good. After about 2 months of use, it began to make more and more noise, emitting a loud rattle. Soon after, it began to get stuck on thresholds it had been able to navigate before. It would get stuck about every 10 minutes, making a terrible sound. With two people trying to work at home, it was extremely irritating. Finally, it has now seemingly lost any ability to remember where it has already been, and goes over the same small area over and over again. I have tried contacting the company but have received no response. I do not recommend this product.

I love Kevin (that’s what we named our Kyvol). I have a half husky service dog, another dog, 4 cats, a kid, and a husband. They. Are. MESSY! They leave hair everywhere, they track sand in the house, and I don’t have any carpets. All. Hard. Floors! It’s a whole thing. So anyway, Kevin runs every night at 21:00. It’s when everyone is in for the night. This thing sucks up EVERYTHING. Sand, husky fur, long human hair, cat fur, all of it. The mopping isn’t my favorite. It works okay (I use alcohol, vinegar, and water mixed, as well as plain water). I do a better job than Kevin does, but when I’ve had enough of cleaning up after everyone, I let Kevin do it. The mopping is okay, but not amazing. The vacuuming is where Kevin really shines. I love Kevin. He does what I ask, when I ask.

For what I paid very Disappointed Doesn’t work with Alexa properly.Shows up as plug instead of vacuum so all you can do is turn it off and on with voice and if you use your voice to turn it back off it would not go back to charger. Thinking about returning.

I love the Kyvol. I usually just let it run around and do it’s thing. Really good on the carpet, especially for my dog’s hair. Different modes let you customize how heavy in pressure it vacuums. The mop is a nice feature as well. Would highly recommend.

Some robot vacuums are more noisy as they hit walls, but this one isn’t loud.-beeping sequence tells you what problem it’s having. Helpful once you remember they mean for quick fix.-does what it’s supposed to do: vacuum. Don’t know about mopping yet.-was on sale and had $100 off coupon so GREAT priceCONS:-it also picks up phone and computer cords.-to prevent problems, it requires picking up around the floor to ensure smooth process.-can’t seem to get it wirelessly connected to the app. Tried 10 times. (I’ll update if I hear back from customer service)-takes some monitoring in case of problems which prevents scheduled cleanings when not home-smaller container that fills up with our dog’s hair every day (and he’s mid-sized\u2026)-required a strip for non-mopping zones which is not appealing to the eye in my opinionOverall, I think it’s a great first investment for the price. I couldn’t stomach spending over $200 for something I’ve never used before and it not doing a decent job, so I’m content that I’ve started here. Now I decide if I return to the brand once this “bites the dust” ?

I finally decided it was time to get a robot vacuum. This is my first one but my parents have one of a different brand that is a few years old. In bragging about all the cool things mine does, my parents got vacuum envy and had to go buy a new one for themselves. The alexa link works like magic, my 3 cats + 1 dog leave no trace on the floors anymore. Everyday good old Edward (that’s my vacuums name) goes ahead and takes care of everything for me and I just have to remember to empty the bin sometimes. I wish I would have made the plunge years ago. Worth every penny!

I’ve only been using for a few hours and I’m in love. The suction power is amazing. The price is unbeatable for how amazing it works. It fits under all my furniture\u2026as in no more dust bunnies under the beds or couch. If you listen to my video I actually had it on in the background. It is not loud. Loud enough so I can tell if it got stuck but not so loud that it’s annoying. Also it’s quite enough that it doesn’t freak out my dogs. It can jump the big metal rim in between my kitchen and living room. The mop function actually works. I was going to be ok if only the vacuum function worked but let me tell you\u2014the mop works great. My house is small and I am a very tidy person. But I have dirty gremlin dogs and I can’t keep up with the floors. Now I literally feel like I can fire my maid. It gets weird corners. I could go on and on. My only complaint is that battery life isn’t amazing\u2026but it stinkin docks itself to charge. 100% worth the money. I did tons of research before I bought this. I couldn’t figure out how people with dogs keep their homes clean, because I was sweeping 3 times a day. If you know someone who has a clean house with pets\u2014they either have a maid come every single day, they don’t have a job and can do deep clean sweeping and mopping every day, or they have one of these. Buy it.

Who watched the show knows that Quico is not the smartest person. This robot had trouble mapping out my rooms, which periodically he vacuums the same place twice and skips another one. Same thing if you change small furniture around. So he can’t work without close supervision. He also afraid of my multi-color black carpet, he thinks the black color is a stairs and he kept chasing his tail on the carpet.The pro is he does work hard on a vacuuming and mopping you may save time on housekeeping with him for an affordable price.
