I purchased this robot vacuum 9 months ago.It has not let me down.I use it on a weekly basis and does a great job.I am shocked at times to see how much dust it can find and collect.Very satisfied with the purchase and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a fairly priced robot vacuum.

It is very quiet, once it’s programmed it is very simple and easy to use. Does a great job cleaning our carpet

Perfect vaccum, suction power ????

I love my KYVOL vacuum. It deep cleans more than any vaccuum I’ve ever owned and does so systematically. It is uncomplicated and efficient. I only wish I had gotten one sooner. Make your life easier with this robot.

This has been great! Removes the need for every day sweeping by removing a gold amount of dust, debris, and pet hair. Great win for great price!

I love it. My dog has short hair and it picks it all up. Never have to sweep again

I have a cat and a dog and this vacuum works great!

It’s nice and all but have a lot of technical problems the set up was completely complicated my item wasn’t working properly it was malfunctioning so I had to keep restarting etc. it became a hassle so I’m trying to return it and that’s an even bigger hassle when you don’t have access to printer and all that good stuff I work to many hours for the extra step they’re requiring. Also with the return policy it’ll have you waiting weeks before they send you your money back

Good for shedders
Mercedes S. –
The robot is quiet and nice, but is not ideal for long haired pets. You need to clean and cut the hair out of the wheels and rotor after every use because it gets tangled up with the rotating motion.

This little guy is a real workhorse. I am very pleased with this purchase!

This vacuum is great! I have 2 cats and it sucks up for, litter and anything in its path. It works better than my previous much more expensive robot vacuum. My only criticism is that it sometimes has a hard time finding home base if it’s far away.
J –
It was able to clean in place I didn’t think it would make it to.

Absolutely love this!

This thing needs an automatic cutoff sensor. The wheels ate up a charging cord severing the power supply to my Google mini rendering it useless. My fault for having the cord hanging but gotdamnit, at some point the vacuum cleaner should turn off if something is wrapped around the wheel. The cleaning does an okay-ish job but it’s dumb AF compared to my old Roomba.

Excelente aspiradora, automatizado

It does the job for picking up dog hair, fuzz etc. the dirt holder is not large but super easy to remove and empty. It can be set for auto turn on and off.It works excellent on hardwood floors. Good on Carpet. Definitely worth the price to purchase.

Short summary: I have 3 cats and a large, double-coated dog who shed like the dickens and have two stories with mixed carpet and hard flooring in my house. I’ve had an old Roomba for years that finally kicked the bucket (almost literally, poor thing’s drop sensor died and it went down the stairs) and went shopping for replacements. For the price and my situation, I’d say you really can’t go wrong with either Kyvol or eufy brand robot vacuums. They both have pros and cons, but if you have nothing better to do with a few hundred more dollars, I’d recommend a Roomba brand instead.Pros:REMOTE CONTROLS!! (Kyvol and eufy) So much fun. I can point it wherever I need it to clean, back it off an obstacle it wants to get stuck on, send it the fastest way back ‘home’ when I need it to shut off, and use all the different modes without having to hit a bunch of buttons on it.Unlike the eufy BoostIQ RoboVac 30, this drop sensor doesn’t make it get stuck at the line of sunlight coming in an open window on a light rug in the afternoon. (Which is why I got this as a replacement, thinking the eufy was defective until I figured out what it was doing.)It seems to have a slightly longer run time than my eufy.At the time I bought this Kyvol, it was about $80 cheaper for better suction than the eufy model. It’s MUCH less prone to ‘eating’ my rugs than the eufy, comparable with Roomba. Still flips them up on the edges where I don’t have them stuck down, but any robot vacuum will do that.Pro and con: this thing ‘hops’ up onto just about anything up to a 1.25′ thick wooden base to a cat scratching post. Nice if you have thick rugs or transitions from carpet to hard floor, not so much if you have a lot of cat furniture for it to get hung up on.Kind of a stupid little thing, but both Kyvol and eufy have much more recessed, smaller power buttons and I don’t have to worry about the cats stepping on them and turning them on at odd hours like the Roomba.Cons:First and most maddening, the debris collection bin NEVER fills itself properly. As in the picture attached, it shoves dust and hair straight back from the port by the brush roller and wedges in a single column, when it needs to be directed to the sides to fill the corners of the bin. I’m thinking about trying some DIY solutions to that, but as-is I have to empty it at least once a cycle or it’s just shoving hair and dirt around the floor not getting any of it in the bin. Never had that problem with the eufy or Roomba. The brush roller is also irritating for me because it has very fine, very densely-packed bristles that are like hair and dust magnets. It gets wedged full of gunk and I use an old pet pin brush to clean it out every other use or so. My Roomba had stiff, less densely-packed bristles that did a much better job sweeping stuff into the bin rather than sticking to it.Minor gripes:Dear LORD the obnoxiously-bright, constantly-flashing blue wifi light! I taped a doubled-up piece of paper over it just so it wouldn’t drive me crazy at night. It will never shut off. Ever. Neither will the main power button light. (The dock is in the hallway just down from my bedroom and it is THAT bright.) My old Roomba would keep the light on for a few seconds then shut it off as a power- (and sanity-)saving measure.OCD efficiency gripe, but it has some funky logic for when it hits an obstacle on the side of the bumper. Half the time it will turn TOWARDS the thing it just hit and try hitting it again a time or two before turning away.It (like eufy but not Roomba, at least until its sensor died) will get itself wedged against the wall at the top of my stairs and not be able to figure out how to get out. It (also like both of the others) also likes to wedge itself under the edge of my kitchen counter where I have a thick foam mat. I need to pull the mat away from the counter a little more so the thing doesn’t come in at an angle.Bottom line: If price is the deciding factor, go ahead and get a Kyvol model, but there’s a reason Roomba is the most well-known name in robot vacuums, even comparing a ~5 year old model to the latest of these brands.

Just opened the box and it looks to be previously used/returned. No where did it say “used” or I would not have purchased it. I only got 2 Brushes, should come with 4. Did not get the Magnetic Strip or 3m Adhesive Pads. I’m hoping I didn’t waste my money. Not happy at all, may be returning it

Otto does a great job cleaning up. He wants to munch on cords and other items small enough for him to get his little whirlie gig fingers around to shove into his mouth. So you do have to make sure you pick up anything you don’t want him to dispose of or choke on.Otto needs to have boundaries, if not, he will go anywhere he wants. And he goes everywhere. Under couches, around the dog food dish, in and out and around he goes. Zip, Zip, Zip And he is quite a climber for such a little fellow too. But–He can get stuck in some of the strangest places. And when Otto has a problem boy do you hear about it! –He beeps and cries in a bunch of different tones So you know exactly what is wrong with him. And so loud you can find him no matter where he is.When Otto or I decide it’s time for him to go to bed and recharge he sometimes finds it very difficult to find his way back to his charger.Negative: It takes longer to clean Otto when he is finished cleaning everyday than it does to vacuum, empty and clean filters on a regular vacuum. I typically spend well over an hour cleaning and cutting the roller brushes and filters everytime I use Otto And there are a lot of parts that have to be replaced often, I would suggest at least monthly if used daily, so the cost of this robot vacuum cleaner is a lot more than the purchase price. This set of replacement parts is $29.99Kyvol Vacuum Replacement Parts-Full Set of Accessories, Main Brush Filters Accessories Kit compatible with Kyvol Cybovac E20

I was skeptical if This would do a good job of vacuuming my carpet. It does and I love it! I have a bad back and can’t use a regular vacuum. I should have bought this years ago! Only thing is you have to watch it around cords but you can always use the magnetic strip so it won’t get tangled in it. Vacuums up cat hair too! I highly recommend it.

Awesome for pet owners it picks up hair and cat litter floors are really clean

I love this vacuum, I have 2 dogs and you could imagine the amount of hair they shed! It is definitely a chore to be sweeping ALL the time and since I’ve ordered my Kyvol I have a little assistant that does it for me ?! I’ll start cleaning my whole place and just turn my Kyvol on as I’m doing the dishes or laundry and by the time I’m done my whole apartment is spotless and I love that it gives my rug a vacuuming too! It sometimes has fights with my bath mats but other than that its great! Definitely recommend!

Works good, just couldn’t get it to connected to my phone
Fox –
It’s sad that I can only give it 2 stars. It really works great as long as you’re home and watching it, as soon as you walk out of the house it gets hung on anything and everything. It is really odd how watching it without touching it makes it run it’s full cycle without a hitch but walk out and it refuses to. It’s quiet enough to run while home but would be nice if it would complete a cycle while away too. I’ve had it almost a month running a schedule of twice a week and never once have I come home to it charging and finished.

I love my Kyvol. I have a dog that sheds alot. This robot vac makes my life so much easier. Wish I would have bought it sooner.
Dawn –
I have only had my vacuum a couple weeks, and so far it’s great!! I have a dog which sheds so much I was in tears, because every time I looked around fur was all over, even after I just swept or vacuumed. I set the robot to run at 4 am and 4pm. It has saved my sanity. the floor looks great, it’s quiet, and my dog isn’t bothered by it at all. I empty the trap daily and clean the brush, because it fills up that fast, but I don’t mind because my home looks clean and I want my robot to last.
Justin C. –
I love to leave it on when I leave or for an hour in the morning so I don’t have to think about the dust. Very helpful since I oftentimes leave the door to the patio open and a lot of wind can come in!

Didn’t think this would be a good buy but this thing really works. Ran it over two rooms and then check by using my Shark vacuum and hardly any debris ( no dog hair).

I have had mine for about 6 months now and I love it. I run it around noon and it runs for about 2 hours. It is easy to clean and maintain. The magnetic strips work as they should. Definingly recommend.

I have an older robot which I use in our carpeted bedroom weekly but thought I’d take advantage of Prime Day and treat myself to something new. I didn’t download their app and used this vacuum via the remote control. Then I used my old one immediately to see how effective the Kyvol was. My old one picked up just as much as Kyvol had just done. I should add that my old one is a more expensive brand. And it might be fine for hard floors. I was considering using it for that, but then the big problem happened before I had a chance to test it.The big problem was that when the Kyvol was charged it kept trying to connect with my mesh network and kicked everything else attached to it offline. This was discovered after my phone call to EERO. Maybe if you actually want to use the app that won’t be a problem, but I didn’t want it on my system. And it might be fine for tile or hardwood floors.

We are very happy with our E20 robotic vacuum and have nicknamed it ‘Cybo’. Cybo is very efficient at picking up pet hair and dirt, and the HEPA filter ensures that all of the fine particles are also lifted from our hardwood floors and carpets. It has a feature where it automatically slows down for deeper cleaning when it encounters a carpet. Cybo very rarely gets stuck anywhere, finishes the full cleaning of our one-story home, and finds its way back to the charging station no problem.

I received the E20 for Christmas. I was not expecting much. To my surprise it is now my favorite appliance and I just ordered replacement filters etc. It sucks up embarrassing amounts of dust and hair! Vacuuming had become so hard for me, do to a shoulder injury and this was the best gift EVER! I highly recommend this vacuum! (Of course you do have to pick up any cables, and shoes with laces or items you don’t want pushed around)

This robot earned its cost after cleaning just one bedroom. To be able to get underneath the beds (beds I can’t move due to their weight) — here, take my money! Took off a star (and feeling rather bad about it) because there’s no logical method on how it cleans. I suppose I shouldn’t care since it goes everywhere and into the deep deep woods and, at the end of the day, somehow everything gets cleaned.

We bought this vacuum to make clean up easier for our bunnies and just to make cleaning the house a bit easier. It does a wonderful job getting the bunny droppings picked up and the bunny hair too. Cleaning is very easy with the tool that comes with the vacuum, making getting hair and anything else caught on the roller off. My wife enjoys being able to use her phone to move it around and she is very impressed with how it responds. Overall we are extremely happy with how the robot vacuum performs.

As an ongoing joke of how well this product works, my boyfriend and i call this E20 Robot Vacuum butler Huberto as he travels around cleaning up while im sipping wine watching true crime telling everyone else that ‘im cleaning’. This thing is by far the best purchase made. I have a Samoyed that does not shed at all during the year, aside the once a year seasonal shedding of where it seems an entire coat of shedded fur creates another dog within the house. This vacuum works wonders and gets under/around/into everything! Unexpected guest heading your way, turn this thing on while you prep drinks. Want a mid day yoga sess, turn this thing on for a quick run around. Cooking dinner and want a romantic night but dont want to get down in the dirt, turn this thing on! It saves so much time and also eliminates one less ‘home cleaning’ task.If you’re still walking around sweeping with a broom, oh honey how things have changed!

I seriously only use my regular shark vacuum once a month. I run this bad boy every day and I am shocked at how much dog hair it picks up. It goes under most furniture. The only thing mine gets stuck at is the fridge and the magnet strips were super easy to install. Several of my friends have bought one now, love it! Great price point too

I’ve had this vacuum for almost a year and can’t explain just how much I love this vacuum! I have a cat who sheds like crazy and this thing manages to do an amazing job cleaning up after him. It goes between carpet and tile with a breeze and doesn’t scuff up walls and doors like other vacuums I’ve tried. It easily gets 5 stars from me!

poor product

I have the white one. I’ve had the IRobot in the past.Truly this one is better. And it’s lower profile fits under so much more.Cords that have gotten caught do not get destroyed as they did with the iRobot.
